Why Odefit

The work of three apps, in one

You do not need one app to track, another to work with your coach and a third to count your reps. Here they share the same data, in the same place.

As much as a tracking app

  • Log meals from a photo, a sentence or a barcode
  • Log sets in a workout and see last time’s numbers
  • Steps, sleep and heart rate from Apple Health and Health Connect
  • A weekly report written from your real data

As much as a coaching platform

  • A marketplace of reviewed experts
  • Programmes, meal plans, check-ins and appointments
  • Habit tracking, a leaderboard and challenges
  • A browser panel and automations for the coach

And what sets Odefit apart

  • Camera rep counting, with a technique tip after each rep
  • Camera-measured tests: jump, mobility, posture
  • A fitness test battery with a written report
  • The picture stays on your phone; the AI saves nothing without your say

Meal photo scanner

Snap your plate, get a calorie and macro estimate in seconds, save it as a meal.

Tracking and charts

Steps, water, weight and body fat — all plotted so you can see the trend, not just today.

AI movement analysis

The camera draws your body lines, counts your reps and gives a short technique tip after each one. Part of Premium.

Reminders and progress photos

Meal reminders keep the habit alive; progress photos show the change the mirror hides.

Calendar, goals and achievements

What sets Odefit apart

The camera counts your reps, watches your technique and measures your tests

Prop the phone up and let the camera do the rest. No extra device, sensor or watch — and the picture never leaves your phone.

It counts your reps

Pick the exercise and put the phone down. After a 5-second countdown every rep is counted with a tick, so you never have to look at the screen.

It draws your body lines

Your joints are drawn live on screen. If you are not fully in frame, the app tells you.

A short tip after each rep

A half rep, not enough depth, lowering too fast or a difference between your two sides is called out in one sentence, right after the rep.

A set summary

When the set ends you see how many reps were counted, how many were clean and which tip came up most.

In the tests, the camera replaces the tape measure

cm

Vertical jump

Enter your height and jump on the spot; how far your hips rise is measured in centimetres.

°

Ankle mobility

Filmed from the side, the forward lean of your shin from vertical is read in degrees.

°

Posture

Standing front and side on, shoulder, hip and head alignment is recorded in degrees; what it means is left to your expert.

  • The picture is processed on your phone; nothing is uploaded and no connection is needed
  • Measurements are approximate, and labelled that way in the app
  • It gives no form score and says nothing about injury risk
  • Included in Premium

For experts

A full workspace for client management

The expert side of Odefit is not a listing page — it is built to carry the whole job, from finding a client to the weekly check-in.

Sample data, no sign-in.

Verified Expert Diploma and certificates reviewed
  • Profile and packages

Set your speciality, experience and pricing yourself, and publish your packages inside the app.

  • Per-client programmes

Write training and nutrition plans against real client data; every edit lands on their phone instantly.

  • Messaging and appointments

Chat with your clients inside the app and plan appointments on the same calendar, so conversations do not scatter across other messaging apps. You can block or report anyone who crosses a line.

  • Weekly check-ins

You choose what to measure; you are notified when your client answers, and the weeks line up side by side.

  • Fitness test battery

Measure your client with mobility, balance, speed and endurance tests and follow the results on a chart. Where a test has reference values, the result comes with a written interpretation.

  • Verified Expert badge

Upload your diplomas and certificates; once our team has reviewed and approved them, the “Verified Expert” badge appears on your profile.

  • Who fell behind

Your client list starts with whoever has been quiet longest. You see at a glance how many days it has been since their last workout and how many sessions they missed. Those real numbers set the order; the AI only adds a short summary on top.

  • Voice message transcripts

Voice notes from clients are written out as text, so you can read them when you cannot listen and find them again later.

  • Web coach panel

Manage clients, programmes, meal plans and analytics from a computer, on a big screen. The panel and the app work together; whatever you change in the panel shows up on your client’s phone straight away.

  • Working hours and appointment approval

Your working hours show on your profile; confirm or cancel an appointment request in one tap and your client is notified.

AI

The AI works on both sides — and you always make the call

Odefit’s AI neither diagnoses nor saves anything on your behalf. Here is exactly what it does, and where it stops.

For you

  • AI coach chat — it remembers the last 20 messages, so it answers the conversation rather than one line of it.
  • Macros from a meal photo, with what it measured the portion against.
  • A meal logged from a sentence like “three eggs and two slices of bread”.
  • Packaged food resolves by barcode to the manufacturer’s declared figures — looked up, not guessed.
  • A weekly report written from your real numbers, where every suggestion names the figure it came from.
  • The camera counts your reps, draws your body lines and gives technique tips. All of it runs on the phone: the video never leaves it and no connection is needed (Premium).

For coaches

  • A weekly client summary: who went quiet, who fell behind on their programme.
  • Real numbers set the order; the AI only writes a short summary.
  • The summary holds counts and dates only — never your client’s meals, weight, photos or messages.
  • You see this only while your client’s package is running; when it ends, so does your access.

What it does not do

  • No AI output is written to your records without your confirmation.
  • It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe.
  • The camera’s technique tips are guidance only: there is no form score, and nothing is said about injury risk.
  • For 10 movements in the catalogue a single camera cannot see the joint reliably, so no count is produced at all — better none than a wrong one.

How it works

Start in four steps

  1. 01

    Define your goal

A short setup for your age, measurements and goal — the app works out your daily calorie and macro targets.

  2. 02

    Track your day

Log the workout, scan the plate, record water and steps. The AI coach steps in wherever you get stuck.

  3. 03

    Choose your expert

Browse verified trainers and dietitians, pick the package that fits, and start the conversation.

  4. 04

    Measure and adjust

Weekly check-ins and fitness tests measure the progress, and the programme is rewritten around the data.

What sets it apart

The fitness test battery

Measuring progress by the scale alone tells half the story. The Odefit test battery lets an expert assess a client on movement quality — and where a test has reference values, the result comes back with a written interpretation, not just a number.

Mobility

Range of motion and flexibility — helps spot movement restrictions early.

Balance

Static and dynamic balance, a read on core stability and control.

Speed

Short-distance and reaction tests for explosive power and response.

Endurance

Cardiovascular capacity, so programme intensity is set on evidence.

  • Your expert enters the results, or you test yourself
  • The phone becomes the beep-test pacer, the inclinometer and the measuring camera: vertical jump, shin angle and posture are measured, approximately, by the camera
  • Every result is charted over time; tests with reference values come with a written interpretation
  • Weekly check-ins re-measure and compare over time

What gets measured gets improved.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When is Odefit launching?

The app is still in development and is not live in any store yet. The moment we can share a firm date, the waitlist hears it first.

Will the app cost anything?

There will be a free tier supported by ads, and a Premium subscription with no ads and extended features. Pricing will be announced at launch.

How do I join as an expert?

Fill in the expert application form on this page. When the app goes live you will build your profile, upload your diplomas and certificates, and appear with a “Verified Expert” badge once our team has approved your documents.

Which specialities are accepted?

Trainers, dietitians, physiotherapists, pilates and crossfit instructors. Other health and sports professionals who can document their qualifications are welcome to apply.

Is AI-generated advice medical advice?

No. AI coach answers and photo-based macro estimates are informational, approximate, and are not a substitute for medical or dietetic advice. See the Disclaimer for details.

How is my data protected?

Health data is sensitive data. How it is processed, where it is stored and what rights you have are set out in detail in the Privacy Policy.

Will there be a web version?

The app for users is mobile. Approved experts also get a web coach panel: they sign in with their app account and manage clients, programmes and analytics from a computer.

Which languages will it support?

The app runs in Turkish, English, German, Spanish, French and Arabic, and notifications arrive in your phone’s language.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. “Delete account” in Settings permanently removes your account and the data tied to it, photos and message attachments included.

What if someone sends me something abusive?

Block or report them from the chat menu. A blocked person cannot message you and is not told; reports are reviewed by our team.
